we sell prepaid access to a small set of relay servers. the protocols we use, the servers we use, and the way the two interact change over time without notice. reachability under any specific network condition is not guaranteed.
the following are not allowed and will result in termination without refund:
billing is processed by Stripe. subscriptions are prepaid for the period selected at checkout. cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. pro-rata refunds are issued at our discretion through the Stripe billing portal. chargebacks terminate access on receipt.
we may suspend or terminate access without notice and without refund for violation of the acceptable-use clause or for non-payment.
the service is provided on an as-is basis. we make no warranty of merchantability, no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, no warranty of uptime, no warranty of reachability in any jurisdiction, and no warranty that use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction. you assume the risk of using a tool that is not lawful everywhere.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is capped at the total fees you paid in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
we may update these terms. the current version is posted at this url with a last-updated date. continued use of the service after publication is acceptance of the updated terms.
